TERMS OF SERVICE

I. GENERAL

  1. I may deny your commision if I’m not okay with it or it’s not in my range of work but I’m open for discussion/ changes.

  2. Usually takes me 1 - 6 weeks to finish a commission, it depends on the situation but will give you updates.

  3. I will not be taking rush/urgent orders so please commission me only if you’re patient

  4. my art style is not set & changes, so check my latest posts/portfolio before commissioning.

II. USAGE POLICY

  1. You may repost/share commissioned work on social media under the condition that you give proper credits/link back to one of my socials.

  2. Do not claim credits for the commissioned work. I retain full rights over any project I create, and may display it in my portfolio & social media.

  3. Please do not modify work in any way, use it for commercial purposes, resell or claim as your own

  4. I do not authorize my art/designs to be used for NFT or any form of cryptocurrency.

III. PAYMENT

  1. Pay via ko-fi / PayPal only for trusted/frequent clients

  2. I take payment upfront and in EUR only.

  3. NO REFUNDS

  4. Please do not haggle the prices

III. PROCESS

  1. After filling out commision form I will contact you (you will get more informations there)

  2. After I received the payment I’ll start your order

  3. You will be added to the queue only after full payment

  4. I will be sending you WIPs throughout the process for your approval of details , etc

  5. You will receive digital files for the commission. No physical item will be provided.
